Yoga is not only great for your physical wellbeing as an aerobic activity that builds strength, it is also great for helping you to feel calm, to be focused and to concentrate better. This and meditation or mindfulness are amazing for your positive mental and physical wellbeing.
Self care and eating healthily are crucial in having a positive mental and physical lifestyle.

Rainbow Hour
Bantock Primary School are proud to providing pupils access to one hour of wellbeing and physical activity per day through PE lessons and Wellbeing sessions with Striver, active lunchtime activities and more. Find out more about Rainbow Hour with Active Black Country. These activity books have physical and mental activities that will contribute to this at home.
